Our Bag classes offer a 12-24 Round dynamic bag workout. Heavy bag kickboxing focuses on combinations, partner conditioning drills, and core work all in under 30 minutes. Fine tune your technique through progressive combinations. This intense workout will de-stress you as it improves your focus, strength, and overall fitness!
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training. It is an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery periods. Come in for a great workout, all in under 45 minutes!
